They're here!!

Thursday morning mama and papa Jordan arrived at 1:30. Lexie woke up about 3 am and wasn't too happy when she didn't find mommy in her bed like normal. I had to go get in bed with her. Lance was beyond excited to wake up and find them here! Once Lexie woke up for the day she ran and sat on papa's lap.

We had a nice relaxing morning then went out for brunch.

We later met Andrew down at the farm so him and dad could start making a list of all the things they would need to get started on all our projects. 

Mom hates going to Lowes. Dad has to go all the time and she is just sick of it lol. So Friday morning dad and I went to Lowes with a long list. We spent 2.5 hours wondering all over lowes gatherin things like a toilet, vanity, plumbing, tile, grout, cultured stone, a few tools, faucets, and tons more. I am so glad we have a truck! It was loaded! 

Friday evening Lance and dad ran to the farm to meet Andrew and unload the truck. They got things laid out and made a list of things we had forgot to grab. 

Lexie had her dress dance rehearsal so us girls went to that. I didn't know that the dress dance rehearsal also meant to have her hair done too! I quickly grabbed my brush and borrowed some spray to make a cute updo. Momma is getting better at those things, slowly but surely. Lexie was a little nervous at rehearsal so her little friend held her hand. Lexie is the youngest in her class which ranges from 3-5 years old.

Saturday Lexie felt much better about it though. She knew what to expect and she did amazing!! It was so stinking cute. Lexie's group was number 8 in the performance line up. Daddy and papa had took a drive earlier that day which ended in two flat tires so they arrived when the number 6 performance was going on. I'm so glad they didn't miss it! I was starting to get nervous.

 Our phones and my camera didn't take very good pictures at all, so I am so glad I paid for the professional ones! They will arrive later.

urday evening was Lance's birthday party! Things didn't go as expected. We had crazy crazy winds so I had to actually cancel the park party. We invited just the neighbors over for cake and pizza. It was still a super fun evening.

We are loving having grandpa and grandma visiting with us and glad they get to enjoy these special moments. Yesterday the real work began!
